My Background
I began my career as a town planner, working in London, Yorkshire and Australia, before moving into planning recruitment in 2002.
Throughout my recruitment career, I found myself naturally drawn to the coaching side of the role, supporting individuals at every stage, from graduates to senior directors, as they navigated career decisions, challenges and opportunities.
Alongside my professional work, I have spent many years working with young people through sport. I co-founded and developed a junior netball club in Calderdale and coached the local college team. This experience gave me a real insight into the pressures young people face and the importance of confidence, support and guidance. I have supported many young adults beyond the court, helping them navigate decisions about education, work and their future direction.
In 2026, I decided to focus fully on coaching, bringing together years of experience supporting people through change, uncertainty and achieving their goals.

I offer a calm, open and constructive space where you can think clearly, talk things through/explore the relevant issues and move forward with confidence.
